Recommend Uses:

The Warn 9.5ti Thermometric is arguable the best mid size winch for sale today.  It's outer casing adds extra protection and helps seal out the elements (best water protection).  It has a 125' of wire rope (25' more than most winches) giving you that extra needed reach.  It pulls fast (close to twice as fast).  The thermometric indicator lights lets you know if the motor is overheating to prevent damage.  And The Warn 9.5ti is has the best looking design of any winch sold today!!!

This is the perfect winch for midsize - 1/2 ton trucks, SUV's, & Jeeps.

It may be a little small for 3/4 - 1 ton trucks (especially diesels).  Most diesels weigh in at over 8,000lbs, combine that with being stuck and you may find you require a larger winch to safely recover the vehicle without damaging the winch or the wire rope.  If this is what you have see the Warn HeavyWeight Series line of winches or consider adding a snatch block.
