Got-Chrome.com is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST

As most of you have learned the best way to contact a online company is through email. Our email address is customerservice@got-chrome.com. Emails sent to this address will be directed to the most qualified person to answer your question and will be answered as quickly as possible (usually within 2 hours). We check emails constantly during business hours and someone will check emails received over the weekend and holidays at least once a day. Please keep in mind that to answer your question fully we may need some information about your truck or your order.

Starting July 2008 we will also be taking orders over the phone. Our new toll free phone number is 888-552-4766.  If you get the voice mail during business hours everyone is on the phone... please leave a message and we will call you back in the order your call was received. Please note that this phone number is for placing orders only... if you need to return a product or have a problem with your order please sent us a email.
